One On One/ Two On One In Home Personal Training

Our trainers are industry leaders who are experienced and qualified to use resistance machines, free weights, power bands and other forms of calisthenics exercises to get you in shape and looking great. Exercise program design, fitness baseline testing, result testing and instruction are all catered toward the individual, and will be either at your training facility or within your own home.

Professional Trainer (3 years experience) 

Clients who want an excellent workout who have no complications or major past injuries should use this level of trainer.  These trainers have excellent knowledge of exercise and form and can contribute to helping people reach their goals effectively and efficiently.

Elite Trainer (5 years experience with knowledge in exercise therapy and nutrition)

 

Clients who want an excellent workout who may perhaps have some complications or past injuries should use this level of trainer.  These trainers have worked with many clients and have designed programs to work around certain injuries.  They also have experience in rehabilitating injuries such as: lower back weakness/soreness; rotator cuff issues; high blood pressure or blood lipid levels; metabolic or other physiological problems.

Tandem Training (with two or more people) 

A group of people who may have similar goals and fitness level may use this service to effective get the results at a price that is affordable.  Clients in a group setting will perform a series of specific exercises that is affective for each individual.  Each session is one hour in length and will comprise of a stretch component as well weight training, cardio, punching, kicking and pilates/core.

Fitness Assessment

Physical fitness encompasses cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Testing these components is important for many reasons. First, it establishes current levels of fitness providing the exerciser with an idea as to how 'in shape' or physically fit they are. This baseline testing also helps the individual determine his or her strengths and areas for improvement. An exercise plan for action and goal setting are all based on the fitness assessment. Baseline testing ensures that progress with an exercise program is measurable and quantifiable.

We offer online programming for individuals who want us to put cardiovascular, weight training and other activities all together in an effective plan. Tell us your goals, how long you want your program, and what type of equipment you have access to; and we will develop a specific exercise routine streamlined toward your goals.

One month plan $35.00 ($30 USD)
Two month plan $60.00 ($50 USD)

Corporate Fitness

We offer consultation on how to set up fitness programs for condominiums or corporations. Whether catering to twenty-five or one hundred people. Appropriate equipment purchase, development of weight training and cardiovascular aerobic programs are all a consideration with our Condominium or corporate plans. We can help remove the hassles of conflicting advice and answer questions making sure you match the correct equipment and programs for your residents or employees. Also available are lectures and workshops on many current topics regarding health and fitness.

Self-Defense

Personal Fitness Consulting offers a variety of martial arts and self-defense training. From traditional aikido to modern sport karate, our martial arts sessions have been developed to offer easy and flexible self-defense training for today's world.
