Nutritional Counseling Knowing what to eat can be overwhelming. With countless books, websites, articles, television programs telling you what you need, the job of choosing a single meal can become monumental. Nutritional Counseling is an excellent way of getting the information you need to keep your body balanced. Each counseling session is designed specifically for you. A holistic approach is used taking into consideration your specific needs, for example: what are your goals, family responsibilities, how much time do you have to prepare a meal, and of course food preferences. The idea is to keep it simple and balanced. Food should not take over your life but help you live it.
