Don't think you can hide under that mohair poncho forever, girl. Next time you're watching TV, get off the couch and work out your upper and lower back and your buttocks:
1 Standing beside your couch or chair, place your right hand on the back and lean forward, stretching your left arm in front of you (parallel to the floor).
2 Lift your right leg, keeping it in line with your extended arm and body.
3 Hold for 15-30 seconds and, then, switch sides.
Repeat move 3 times. (If you want to up the ante, slowly raise/lower your elevated arm and leg 2-3 inches, for a count of 15.)
