Natalie Studer
is a certified Personal Trainer who graduated from the Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program at George Brown College. At George Brown, she developed a great passion for nutrition, fitness, health consulting and lifestyle coaching.

Her training techniques are diverse and exciting, as she applies techniques from her background in martial arts, dance and functional training.

Natalie believes in pushing mental and physical boundaries of her clients, and incorporates many effective core-training techniques to maximize each training session. Natalie is persistent when helping clients achieve their goals and has experience working with a wide range of people, including children, seniors, and athletes. Natalie also specializes in improving muscle imbalances - where she uses stretching and strengthening techniques to develop a better posture and a more confident stance.
