Jenn Menzies (BKIN, SPT) holds a Bachelor’s degree in Specialized Kinesiology and health Sciences from York University. Currently, she is in the process of completing her Bachelor of Education at the University of Toronto. She is also a certified fitness consultant and sport performance trainer (SPT).

Jenn truly practices what she preaches, being a committed athlete proper training is absolutely imperative. Also, with a strong background in exercise physiology, Jenn has been able to merge her exercise programming with the principles she has learned in neuromuscular physiology, thus, creating effective and efficient programs as a result.

Jenn’s philosophy on training focuses on effective and functional movement, incorporating a variety of stability and core-based exercises in order to achieve goals both personally as well as with her clients.

She has a great deal of experience in designing periodized exercise programs for clients of all backgrounds, from sport rehabilitation, performance enhancement, weight loss as well as with new clients aiming to make a commitment to an active and health lifestyle.

As our lives become more and more bogged down with work, family and a multitude of other responsibilities, Jenn is committed to helping her clients identify clear, time efficient and achievable goals. Also, through her innovative program design, Jenn hopes to engage her clients in an active, enjoyable and personally challenging commitment to exercise.
