Trainer Mohamedali Dharamshi

Mohamedali is a BPHE candidate, pursuing a degree in Physical and Health Education at the University of Toronto. He has taken many courses related to fitness and lifestyle giving him a great knowledge base of theory and practical experience.  These including exercise physiology, biomechanics, and principles of fitness as well as adapted learning for individuals with disabilities and the biophysical sciences of the human body. He has a passion for sports and an active lifestyle which has been instilled in him since a very young age. He also creates programs and provides dry land training for both the community swimming and hockey teams. 

He believes that no matter the current abilities or intended outcomes, there is a way to achieve goals as long as the individual has the will power and a good support system.

Mohamedali participates in baseball and tennis at competitive levels, but he also plays many sports recreationally, including soccer, hockey, basketball, volleyball, badminton, lacrosse, and squash. He aspires to use his experience and abilities in order to become a successful coach in basketball, tennis, and soccer.

His clients shows him the true meaning of “if there’s a will, there’s a way” through there satisfaction and energy. With the technological era, Mohamedali understands how hard it is to keep active - and will teach clients how to find time to get away from their hectic lifestyle.
No matter the goal the client can be ensured that they will have a positive outcome.
